Ren Zhengfei, CEO of Huawei, says, 'We are delighted to have become a key partner of eMobile. The Japanese market is the most demanding in the world in terms of product quality and poses extremely rigorous requirements on the comprehensive capabilities of vendors. This cooperation recognises Huawei's ability to rely on innovative R&D to deliver world-class products and solutions that meet the highest standards in quality and reliability. We are confident in our ability to help eMobile maximize their customers' value and gain a leading market position.'

Huawei has accumulated extensive experience in the global deployments of its new generation UMTS Node Bs in countries and regions including Portugal, Poland, Malaysia, and Indonesia as well as Hong Kong.
'As one of the world's leading UMTS and HSDPA suppliers, Huawei has won 29 UMTS commercial contracts to date,' says Wang Jiading, vice president, Huawei Technologis, Middle East and North Africa region. 'Huawei provides innovative and customer-oriented solutions to enhance long-term value and potential growth for our customers.'
