Dolphin City design in place

The preliminary design for Abu Dhabi's $1.7bn Dolphin City project has been finalised and constructon is due to start by the end of 2006, Gulf News reported. The offshore island development will have office towers, a 75-storey hotel, diving academy, senior citizens' residence and a learning centre.
