CA announces new leadership team in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa

CA (NYSE:CA), one of the world's largest IT management software companies, today announced its newly appointed senior management team in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Middle East and Africa (MEA), led by Vice President and General Manager Gilbert Lacroix, previously head of CA in Arab Countries and Pakistan.

The appointments come after a wider restructuring of the company's management and business unit structure in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). A mix of new hires and promotion of existing CA managers is of key importance to drive sustainable growth at the same time, making the area referred to as EMEA's Eastern Markets, a best practices hotbed for CA worldwide.

"This geographical area is one of the fastest growing for CA and the company is looking at us to role model some best practices for developing the business," said Gilbert Lacroix.

"I am confident that with our outstanding team of respected industry executives, we will enable our customers and partners to grow their business as well."


Bringing significant industry experience to CA, the senior management team spans two regional sales markets (CEE, MEA) as well as five functional areas as follows;

• Tanguy De La Horie joins CA from Intel as Vice President of Sales, Central and Eastern Europe.
• Najib Khouri-Haddad joins CA from EFI as Vice President of Sales, Middle East and Africa.
• Michel de Martigny becomes Vice President, Partner Advocacy for the area, from VP Sales, Middle East & Africa.
• Ned Jaroudi is promoted to Vice President, Marketing for the area, from regional marketing director, Arab Countries & Pakistan.
• Bjarne Rasmussen becomes Vice President of Technology and Business Units for the area, from VP Tech Services for the Arab Countries and Pakistan.
• Roland Jones becomes Facilities Manager for the area, expanding his responsibilities from the Arab Countries and Pakistan.
• Rita Mouawad is promoted to Director HR and HR Business Partner for the area, from HR Manager for the Arab Countries and Pakistan.
