Tabreed's $200m sukuk closes

Dubai-based Tabreed has successfully closed its $200m sukuk after a strong response from international investors, director of finance Karl Marietta told Gulf News. He said the issue recieved orders of over $280m. The funds will be used to build district cooling plants in the UAE.
