Dubai rents will ease say experts

Rents in Dubai are still rising in double digit increments, but should start to ease when 286,000 new residential units come online over the next couple of years, according to property consultants Asteco quoted by Emirates Today. Asteco's research showed rents for a two-bedroom flat over the past 12 months in Dubai rose by an average 26%, in Sharjah by 30%, and in Abu Dhabi by 23%.
