Saudis prefer government jobs

Saudis are shunning private sector jobs because of low salaries, strict work conditions and lack of job security, according to Labour Minister Ghazi Al Gosaibi. He said Saudis are having trouble getting used to working for private companies, where expatriates are willing to work for longer hours and lower salaries than in the public sector, Arab News reported.
