Congestion fears in Dubai

Two of Dubai's prominent real estate developments, the 40 tower Jumeirah Beach Residence and the Palm Jumeirah, with 4,000 homes, are scheduled to be completed this year, and concerns are being raised that the extra residents will create added congestion on Dubai's busy roads, reported Gulf News. Dubai Properties and Nakheel, the two developers, say that they have carried out extensive analysis and they don't anticipate any problems.
