Bseisu's main objective is to lead Solidarity's Finance and Overall Corporate divisions including the Asset Management & Investment, Finance, Admin & HR, IT, Corporate Communications and Marketing, Compliance departments and Shareholder Affairs with an aim to strengthen the General and Family Takaful divisions. The latter, in turn, will continue offering the highest standards of services possible along with competitive range of Takaful products that comply with Islamic Sharia'h and suit individuals, families, and businesses' needs.

The Takaful (Islamic insurance) sector is increasingly being recognized by the world's financial industry for its market-driven initiatives, credibility and strategic growth. In light of the industry's rapid development and Solidarity's direction for further expansion, the senior management has strengthened its executive management team with qualified and experienced HR resources. Appointing Mr. Bseisu comes as a step to support the implementation of Solidarity's plan to expand in key international markets and offers its Sharia'h compliant products across the globe.

Mr. Bseisu will be responsible on managing Solidarity's management flow between different divisions and business units aiming to maintain and develop the existing infrastructure to match future strategies. His role is to create an atmosphere favorable for strong communication and competitive environment for better deliveries.

Mr. Bseisu has over 20 years experiences in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Solidarity, Mr. Bseisu worked in several leading organizations, like Trust International Insurance Company and Arab Insurance Group, heading key Management positions in Strategic & Planning Investment, Finance.

Mr. Bseisu, in addition, participated in different Board of Directors capacity within the Financial Services Industry. For instance, he is a member of the board of directors for Jordan Expatriate Investments Holding Company, member of the board of directors for Trust Underwriting Limited, Deputy Chairman of the board of directors for Bahrain Insurance Association, Member of the Technical Committee, Arab War Risk, insurance Syndicate (AWRIS)

Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Bseisu said: 'I am really looking forward to the challenge of maintaining and developing Solidarity's management infrastructure for new opportunities especially for the rapid development taking place in this industry.
