Dubai rents rising

Letting agents across Dubai are still predicting a rise in rental prices in the immediate future, as many new properties are not yet scheduled for completion and more expatriates flock to the emirate, reported Emirates Today. Several developments have seen increases of 15%, complying with the cap set down by the government. It was reported here last week that, once more properties become available, rents are likely to fall.
