CIB, Sawiris form finance group

Egypt's Commercial International Bank and Naguib Sawiris have announced a strategic alliance with Oasis Capital Egypt and Dynamic Securities Trading, subsequently forming Commercial International Capital Holding, a financial services group. CI-CH will offer a wide range of services such as retail and institutional brokerage, asset management, private equity and alternative investments, research and investment banking. CI-CH plans to expand its business both locally and regionally.
