Boeing decision affects Etihad

Boeing's decision to cease its broadband Internet service, Connexion, has caused Etihad to look for an alternative way of providing access to its customers, reported Gulf News. Etihad was the only airline in the region to use the service and it is currently available on its fleet of Boeing 777s. Despite Boeing's pull out, analysts believe airlines will want the company to make provision for connectivity on its future aircraft.
