Metro hotel, $27.2m extension

The Metropolitan Hotel Dubai is being extended to include Metropolitan Suites, which will add a mix of 63 single, two-bedroom and studio suites to the hotel's existing 192 rooms, according to owner Al Habtoor Group. Rooms can be rented daily, monthly or yearly.
