A first of its kind in Lebanon, this service allows the customers suffering from difficulties in displacing in the current situation to recharge their lines with the help of their relatives in Kuwait and Jordan, by only providing the telephone number to any of the companies' branches and paying the fees.
Mtc touch Chief Commercial Officer Claude Bassil said: "Considering the difficult circumstances that Lebanon went through, we had to launch a series of initiatives that would facilitate the daily communication amongst Lebanese hence granting them a minimal share of peace of mind. This service came to allow the customers of the magic prepaid lines to stay in touch with their families and friend."
