Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina

Australian native Shaun Parsons has recently joined Le Meridien Mina Seyahi's Executive Team in the role of Executive Assistant Manager (F&B).

He will be looking after all its 10 outlets, such as fusion fine-dining haven par excellence "Tang" and Dubai's most famous Italian trattoria "Bussola".

Shaun will also play a pivotal role in opening the adjacent property located on the Jumeirah Beach stretch of the Arabian Gulf. The brand will be announced soon.

Shaun has earned a Bachelor of Business in Catering and Hotel Management at Victoria University of Technology Melbourne and gathered many years of professional experience heading F&B departments at a variety of Hyatt properties in Australia and the U.S.

His last stop was with the Grand Hyatt Melbourne where he was responsible as Director of Food & Beverage for the largest F&B division in the Pacific region for Hyatt International.
