"We have taken the opportunity to invigorate the event with more activity in order to enhance the fun and entertainment aspects of its content. We want Wellbeing to be the ultimate day out for our visitors. The new look Wellbeing Show offers the chance to pick up advice from health and nutrition experts as well as enjoying the many treatments and products on offer. Whilst we have retained the focus on complementary health and better lifestyles, we have blended these with things our visitors will definitely enjoy doing."
The Wellbeing Show will be presented in four zones including Look Good Feel Good, Food & Nutrition, Health & Fitness and Mind, Body & Soul. Each zone will have a dedicated area for practical demonstrations and presentations, with a central activity stage providing the core of the activity programme.
