First Medical Congress on Youth Extension focuses on combating aging and financial dimensions of remedial tourism

"The First Medical Congress on Youth Extension" to be held in Dubai from 14-16 December at Al Murooj Rotana, will focus on many important issues in the fields of medical financing and remedial tourism that is now a booming part of the economies of many countries.
Mrs. Nada Jaber, Managing Director of "ETISAL," the company organizing the congress, said that "The First Medical Congress on Youth Extension" is being organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, United Arab Emirates and the Department of Medical Services in Dubai Police in addition to Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashed Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences.
Besides being the first of its kind in the region, the congress includes a stellar gathering of more than 400 professors and specialists from the Arabic-speaking world and other countries who will participate in the congress and discuss the latest issues that have to do with Beautification. They will present their views on the latest studies specializing in the field of retaining youth and opposing aging.
Mrs. JABER has also praised the efforts of "National Vision Company" of Saudi Arabia for preparing to make this congress a notable success in the Gulf and all Arab countries.
Mrs. Nada JABER added: "Since we targeted important aspects that connect medical financing with medical tourism, it gives our conference an extra plus over others that have been held. The conference will also include an exhibition in which participants will display the latest in pharmaceuticals and medical equipment associated with youth extension." She noted that besides having social and economic aspects, the question of appearance, in many ways, also reflects on the personality of a person. This in turn affects his or her work productivity, making it an important issue for companies.
Mrs. Jaber also said that one of the topics to be especially discussed at the conference is the economic aspect of the field of medical financing and remedial tourism. This sector has seen large growth in the past few years and is being given more importance by governments because of its large contribution to the economy. Also, there have been many huge investments in this sector, which has spilled over into private healthcare, fetching unparalleled returns on investments.
Ms Nada Jaber concluded by saying that "We are very proud to be co-operating with the Ministry of Health and appreciate their support in all aspects under the rubric of health awareness. We are also proud of the partnership formed with the Dubai Police Medical Services, who have put in unlimited effort to make this conference a success. We would also like to thank the Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences which has given the conference tremendous back-up."
Dr. Ali Singel, Chairman of the Committee of Organizers of the Congress, said that according to the latest studies that Dr. Jay Open from Cambridge and Dr. James Fopel, indicates that the average individual age was 47 years in the last century. Recent studies have proven that the average individual age in our century is 80 years. If present trends continue, the scientific prediction is that this will clearly exceed 100 years in the coming decades.
Dr. Singel added that the committee has studied the issue of raising awareness in the field of youth preservation and adapting scientific methods to bring health to age. He said that the congress will be turned into an annual event to reinforce the ideas and views expressed at the Dubai congress so that people can fully benefit from them.
