Another "MIP for MIPs" takes place at Moevenpick Hotel Bur Dubai

To ensure that the newly hired team members are aware and well introduced to the company, the reoccurring training for new staff was held end of August.

Internal Training for new team members took place from August 26th to 28th 2006.

Charul Gupta, Training Executive, supported by all the Department Heads, hosted fourteen newcomers and briefed them about Moevenpick's Philosophy, Mission and History and Key Issue Standards, as well as department related information.

"Our team is our biggest resource - we need to make sure, that we provide them with the right tools and enable them to excite and delight our guests at Moevenpick Hotel Bur Dubai," said Sayed Edroos, Human Resources Manager.

"It is important to lay a big focus on training and educating our team."
