Avaya business partner orientation workshop kicks off in Dubai

Continuing its strategy of focusing on the channel to drive success in regional IP Telephony markets, Avaya, the leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services, today announced the kick-off of its first in-region operational workshop for the Middle East and North African channel partners.

With the key objectives of extending Avaya tools and processes to enable partners to conduct business with customers more efficiently, the training will be focused on enhancing partner engagement and streamlining joint efforts to deliver maximum results and customer satisfaction.
