Saudi buys fuel oil

Saudi Aramco has bought two cargoes of fuel oil, the first time the kingdom has ever done so, reported Gulf News. The kingdom has ordered 160,000 tonnes for August and September deliveries, in order to meet domestic consumption. An expert said that Saudi has simply scaled back its own production in the face of a depressed market and so it makes sense to buy what it needs.
