Emaar launches The Delphine

Emaar Properties is to launch its sixth and final tower on Marina Promenade, The Delphine, which contains 68 residential units, on September 7. The Delphine contains two and three bedroom apartments, which have views of the Dubai Marina Yacht Club. Buyers can take up finance offers from Amlak Finance, which has offered mortgages on Emaar's other Marina Promenade properties.
