Springs runs dry

Two of Dubai's out of town developments, Emaar's The Springs and the Arabian Ranches, were hit by a water shortage yesterday, reported Gulf News. The Arabian Ranches ran dry in the early hours and remained without water throughout the day, with residents complaining that poor water pressure and cuts were a regular problem. Nearby, The Springs also went without water for more than seven hours, from around 2am until 9.30am.
