Aspire Real Estate and High Rise Real Estate have launched the Jumeirah Wave Business Towers, a new commercial development in Jumeirah Village South. The 45 storey JWBT development has a total of 1.2m sq ft of commercial office space and 130,000 sqft of retail space. Construction work on the $272.3m project will commence by the end of the year.
