Dusit Dubai announces the appointment of Executive Chef Philippe Bischoff.
The native Swiss chef started his apprenticeship in Switzerland commencing his career at the reputable 'Hotel De La Paix' in Geneva. After receiving first class training, Philippe took the opportunity to travel the world and developed his international career. From the Middle East to South Africa and more recently in Asia, he has been working in 5 star properties learning and developing his culinary skills in diverse cultures.
Working in 8 different countries, Chef Philippe has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He will be a valuable asset to the Dusit Dubai team bringing his expertise to enhance and reenergise the outlets.
Thierry Conge, Director of Food & Beverage stated 'We are delighted to welcome Philippe to the Dusit Dubai team and look forward to the exciting developments ahead. He offers a wide skill range and will be a fundamental leader for the kitchen brigade.'
Dusit Dubai has seven distinctive food and beverage venues, offering a variety of cuisine from Royal Thai at Benjarong, the hotel's signature restaurant to innovative and
contemporary Italian at Pax.
