UAE developers feel strain

UAE-based developers are rejecting lucrative projects because of stretched resources, Gulf News reported. Al Habtoor Engineering, which has $3.8bn worth of construction projects running, says it does not have enough men and machines to take on additional work. Other major contractors say they are still taking on more projects, but development activity is high.
