Q-Gold Assurance is the UAE's most prestigious Hygiene Commitment Label, the sign of excellence that all food service operations hope to achieve to confirm their commitment to hygiene standards. Mr Elie Raad, Business Development Officer of Boecker Food Safety presented the hotel management team with the seal of commitment based on fulfilling staff training, hygiene requirements set by Boecker Food Safety and ongoing site testing.

Mr Thierry Conge, Director of Food & Beverage commented,

'Dusit Dubai will proudly carry the sign of excellence in all outlets of the hotel. Working together with Boecker Food Safety has been a positive association for the hotel, as we want our guests to be aware of our continued efforts to ensure the delivery of our product is of the highest hygiene standards and the best quality'.
