Come home to Mall of the Emirates

The main feature of the show is the Galleria area of the mall. This will be transformed by expert home designers into a life-size model villa showcasing international trends in home furnishing. Mall of the Emirates will also run a special promotion giving shoppers a once-in-a -lifetime opportunity to win an Audi Q7 worth AED 270,000.

UAE's top ten real-estate companies including Sherwoods Property, Sorouh, Tiger, Damac, Luxury, ETA Star, Tameer, Gold Crest, Go Wealthy and Desert Dream will display thousands of affordable and luxurious properties for visitors to choose from. Potential home owners visiting the mall can browse through the wide selection of homes, compare notes and avail of the most competitive offer on their dream property.

"The Home and Property show does not target UAE residents only, but also aims to reach out to a large number of regional and international tourists who visit the mall on a weekly basis and may consider investing in a holiday home in the UAE," said Fuad Sharaf, General Manager, Mall of the Emirates.

From 7th September - 23rd September, 2006, shoppers spending AED 200 and above, can enter the draw to win an Audi Q7 - the high performance SUV from the creators of Quattro. The car will be on display in the driveway of the model villa.
