New training session organised by Al Arabiya to raise standards of professionalism

In its drive to raise the standards of media professionalism in the region, Al Arabiya news channel, has yet again organised a specialised training course that focuses on "Comprehensive Journalism".
This training session is part of the initial initiative led by Al Arabiya that involved training young graduates about the latest TV production techniques.
The two-week sessions will be attended by locally based Al Arabiya staff and regional correspondents from Morocco, Sudan and Iraq. Having witnessed the tremendous success of previous training sessions, which tackled a variety of subjects such as "the Arabic Language", and "Chief Editing" among others, media professionals from across the industry, will be attending the training event.
The on-going series of training sessions reflect Al Arabiya's commitments towards excellence and leadership, and its mission to herald a new era for the Arabic Media with qualified and trained media staff to compete on the international scene.
At the heart of all training sessions' organsied by Al Arabiya, is the aim to train journalists to perform multi tasks such as photography and editing in addition to reporting news.
Furthermore, Al Arabiya is a firm believer in investing in the human element, by providing adequate training on the latest technological equipment, to prepare the current media professionals to face the current challenges in the local, regional and international media scene.
