The La Hoya Bay development is being built at the cost of $800 million USD. The first phase launched Thursday is being developed at a cost of $180 million USD.
La Hoya Bay Residence is the first phase of the La Hoya Bay development. Phase one comprises of 725 freehold studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Floor areas are between 538 and 2,120 square. La Hoya Bay Residence has been 'flagged out' on the Marjan Island, ground breaking is expected next month and completion of phase one is scheduled for December 2007.
