British Airways, one of the world's largest international scheduled airlines, has extended its late summer seat sale to the UK and North America from GCC countries by nine days until 16 September, 2006.

The offer is valid for travel before 28 February, 2007 in British Airways World Traveller (economy) cabin, if purchased on or before 16 September.

Paul Starrs, British Airways' Commercial Manager for Middle East and Pakistan, said: "The extension will provide families with a highly cost-effective means of forward planning their travel most particularly for the peak Eid and festive season holidays falling within the offer period.

"Our initial offer launched last month saw an unprecedented rush of enquiries as we also announced 15 per cent off British Airways Holiday products to complement the special fares."
