The first release of villas at Jumeirah Park were sold out in one day, developers Nakheel announced. Sales were boosted by home finance of up to 97% being offered by Amlak, Barclays, HSBC and Tamweel. The massive turnout by prospective buyers shows there is still huge demand for high-end villa developments in Dubai.
