In addition, the company will be responsible for the infrastructure development of Tatweer's projects and entities.

Sami Al Hashimi, a UAE national, holds a Degree in Civil Engineering. He joins Tatweer from Quest International Design & Development, where he was Vice Chairman. Prior to that he was the Assistant Director of the Roads Department at Dubai Municipality, where he was credited with several major achievements and contributions during a period of very rapid growth.

Amongst the first tasks assigned to Mizin will be the planning and development of Bawadi, the biggest hospitality concentration in the world with over 29,000 rooms; Dubai Industrial City, created to catalyze the growth and expansion of the industrial sector in the United Arab Emirates; Dubailand, the region's leading leisure and entertainment project and the creation of the trading pit of the Dubai Mercantile Exchange.
