Another major milestone at Wafi

Khansaheb Civil Engineering, the major contractor for all the construction on site, finished the concrete structure for the first Raffles hotel in the Middle East/Gulf and Africa Area and this is a major stage towards the completion of the hotel.

Raffles Dubai will be a prominent landmark of the city, built in the form of a stunning pyramidal structure, as part of Raffles Hotels & Resorts who offer a collection of luxury hotels located in key destinations around the globe. This construction will be no different as it will offer 248 state rooms and suites with nine distinctive food & beverage outlets and a unique 'botanical sky garden' to enthral all visitors.

Sami Khansaheb of Khansaheb Civil Engineering LLC presented a 'golden trowel' to MKM Commercial Holdings LLC to mark this major stage of the project after press and key personnel ventured to the 19th floor of this fascinating building to see the final 'topping out' of the concrete construction and a 'bird's eye' view of this magnificent structure. Khansaheb Civil Engineering L.L.C. has been operating in the United Arab Emirates for over 65 years.
