One of the many international exhibitors that will be attending this year's show, Tapepro Drywall Tool Company of Australia, will be showcasing their range of automatic taping tools for the finishing of joints in plasterboard construction. With over 50 years of expertise in the drywall industry, Tapepro's advanced tools are designed to deliver a professional finish while reducing work fatigue and increasing productivity to work 3 to 4 times faster than setting by hand.

The range incorporates design expertise that provides contractors with greater durability and reliability. As the tools operate in the relatively harsh environment of plaster, they are constructed of rugged, durable materials, and are built to last, manufactured with state of the art precision for ease of operation on every job, and supported with a 3 year warranty. Through continuous research and development, stringent quality control and the largest after market technical support programme available, Tapepro is committed to providing contractors with tools to give them a real professional edge.

'In the highly active and competitive markets of the Middle East, time is money,' said Bernard Walsh, Managing Director of dmg world media Dubai Ltd.

'The Big 5 has always prided itself on bringing the very best the world has to offer to the region, and products that increase efficiency whilst maintaining high levels of quality are sure to be of major interest.'

One of the longest running events in Dubai (in 2005 it featured exhibitors from over 50 countries), the Big 5 plays an important role in the international construction industry.

Comprehensively covering seven key product sectors: Building & Construction, Water Technology and Environment, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Cleaning & Maintenance, Glass & Metal, Bathrooms & Ceramics, Marble & Machinery, 2006's Big 5 will be the largest ever, with every one of these product sectors greatly expanded to meet the huge demand generated by one of the world's most active construction markets.

The Big 5 takes place at Dubai International Exhibition Centre from 28 October to 1 November 2006.
