Back to Business 2006 announced by JBC for September 19

In a press conference held in Dubai, JBC chairman Mr. Ihsan Quatawneb said that on 19 September the Jordan Business Council will organize the highly successful annual "Back to Business 2006" networking event that brings together executives from all leading business groups and companies across the UAE.

The attendees are focused on networking, looking for business opportunities and improving business relations, both within the United Arab Emirates and in their respective countries.

He added: "The event grows in success and attendance every year and attracts over 500 business opinion leaders, ambassadors, consul generals, media representatives and government officials - all with an entrepreneurial passion, and a vested interest in the United Arab Emirates' trade relations and business progress. It is by far and large, Dubai's most successful business networking event."

"The event will be attended by Members from the business councils in Dubai, top decision makers from the public & private sectors of Dubai & the Northern, Emirates, Senior and mid-level managers, Ambassadors & consul generals, Journalists from leading publications in the United Arab Emirates"

Participating Business Groups: Afghan, Australian, British, Canadian, Danish, Egyptian, French, German, Indian, Irani, Iraqui, Italian, Lebanese, Pakistani, Philippine, Russian, South African, Spanish, Swiss, Turkish, American Business Councils and others.

Back To Business has achieved continuous success since it started few years ago, the number of attendants has incresed significantly to reach 500 attendants in 2005, today we are pleased to have received more than 600 confirmed bookings by Business Councils' members in addition to more than 100 officials, and diplomats who will be invited by JBC. The event will also enjoy wide coverage by the local and regional media.

Mr. Qatawneh added: "Business councils in U.A.E have accomplished many successes and achieved many goals by endorsing the tools not only to enhance coordination and coopertaion between the members of each council but also between them and members of othe councils and the whole business community in U.A.E. Business councils are very grateful to the great support and encouragemet of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nehayan The President of U.A.E. and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Deputy President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. And I take this opportunity to thank all Ministries, Govt. Departments, Chambers of Commerce for its endless efforts to assist and support Business Councils"

The program of the function includes a short welcome note by JBC Chairman, a short note by Ex Chairman Mr. Riad Kamal, A 5 minute presentation by Aqaba Saraya and 5 minute presentation by ASEZA. There will be also some entertainment and lucky draws on prizes rendered by participating councils and other sponsors.
