Finally, during a special presentation Anas Sawaf, Business Development Manager at CISCO, will explain how the innovative deployment of converged technologies can create a new experience for customers. Delegates will also learn how to value-add through the delivery of services in ways that highlight their customers' USPs and also enable them to compete on different market levels.
