Humaid Sultan Al Suwaidi, General Manager, Etisalat Ras Al Khaimah said: "This initiative enables us to get closer to our customers where they are, and aims to improve our presence across the nation. Etisalat is meeting this goal by multiplying its locations across the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and enabling customers with an easier way to transact effectively with less time and effort."
Al Suwaidi also said that Etisalat has always been committed towards introducing quality services, in addition to identifying and implementing improved ways of interacting with its customers.
The initiative is part of a series undertaken by Etisalat to enhance its reach. Etisalat has opened a number of new offices, business centers and retail outlets in different locations around the UAE. It has also extended working hours, with Business Centres now operational from 8am to 8pm.
