Emaar Properties has launched a Command Control Centre, a facility that monitors and enhances the efficiency of all electrical and mechanical services at Emaar's various properties. Located on the first floor of building 1 at the Emaar Business Park, the CCC uses M2M technology to link all Emaar properties to the Dubai Civil Defence and to the Customer Contact Centre. The CCC will be manned 24 hours a day.
