Saudi Telecom Company is launching a new service called Hot line service.
The new service gives the subscriber the ability to operate, suspend and/or re-program a hot line number of his/her choice. The 5 second period enables the customer to place any other call and allows the customer to use the phone as a regular line or a hot line at once. Incoming calls are not interrupted.
The new service is considered an advantageous and useful tool for families with children, elderly or people with special needs providing them with fast and easy connections in case of an emergency.
