The service can be described as a spontaneous automatic call that is placed after 5 seconds from picking up the phone handset to a number the customer had previously programmed on his/her phone after calling Alhatif Customer Care 907 and subscribing to the service.
The new service gives the subscriber the ability to operate, suspend and/or re-program a hot line number of his/her choice. The 5 second period enables the customer to place any other call and allows the customer to use the phone as a regular line or a hot line at once. Incoming calls are not interrupted.
The new service is considered an advantageous and useful tool for families with children, elderly or people with special needs providing them with fast and easy connections in case of an emergency.
