Al Amal Industries to participate in Women Expo 2006

Al Amal Industries Co. (SAOC), the sole diaper manufacturer in the Sultanate of Oman, will showcase its wide range of products at the Child Care Section of Women Expo 2006, which is scheduled on December 10-15 at the Oman International Exhibition Centre in Seeb.
Al Amal Industries is part of the Omzest Group, one of the largest business houses in the Sultanate of Oman. Since its establishment in 1987, the company has earned an invaluable reputation as a manufacturer of world-class baby diapers as well as sanitary napkins. The company's brands include the Super Al Jamil Baby Diapers, Bunnies Baby Soft Diapers, Lovely Baby Diapers, Bumbums Baby Diapers, Softex Sanitary Napkins, and Al Hasna Sanitary Napkins.
"Our brands have become household names not only in Oman but also in many major international markets including the GCC, Pakistan, India, Africa, Papua New Guinea and Fiji," De la Mora stressed. "We currently export our products to over 25 countries worldwide."
He explained that participating in Women Expo 2006 will enable them to further strengthen their presence in the local market while allowing them to touch base with their target customers. He added that the exhibition will further boost customer awareness of their brands as well as heighten interest in their products.
"The participation of Al Amal Industries will help ensure that the Child Care Section of Women Expo 2006 will have everything that mothers need in caring for their babies," said C.J. Paul, general manager of Omanexpo LLC, the leading exhibition management company in the sultanate.
Paul pointed out that the exclusive exhibition for women will also have sections focusing on beauty products, fashion and lifestyle, food and kitchen, jewellery, home appliance and interiors, wedding concepts as well as health, education and finance.
Women Expo 2006 is officially endorsed by the Ministry of Health (MOH), the National Association for Cancer Awareness (NACA), the Omani Society of Fine Arts (OSFA), the Oman Women Association at Seeb, the Omani Women Association -Muscat, and the Omani Women Sports Development Committee. It is also supported by Al Mar'a as the official magazine and Usrat Al Youm Magazine and Kul Al Usra Magazine as the media partners.
