An Austrian national Claus has moved to Oman from the last position he held in China. He is set to take charge of the 120 cover restaurant at the first class hotel famed for it's "Super breakfast" buffet and "Seafood & BBQ Bazaar" evenings. "I am really looking forward to working in Muscat and with the Radisson SAS hotel." Says Claus. "My challenge is to find innovative ways to cater to the needs of our esteemed guests and maintain Olivos' established position as a first class restaurant offering good service."
"In view of the excellent facilities at the restaurant, I am sure we can come up with some interesting ideas to provide some fresh dining and entertainment related choices." He further adds. Claus' focus will be training and development of Omani staff for the Olivos restaurant.
