Sea Air Model successfully delivers its first shipment along with the joint cooperation of Ethiopian Airlines

Swift Global Logistics (SGL) proudly announces the success of its first shipment using SAM, Sea-Air Model to Africa, from Hong Kong to Kinshasa via Dubai.
CEO and Chairman of Swift Freight International, Mr. Issa Baluch commented on the effectiveness of SAM by saying, "The development of Sea and Air combined transport service to Africa has been on the cards for quite sometime, we at Swift are delighted to see the take-off of this product and are pleased to be the first to provide a multimodal solution to our clients based in Africa."
SAM will work in collaboration with Ethiopian Airlines (ET) which is one of the premier airlines that has an unrivalled coverage in Africa and currently operates 13 weekly flights between Dubai and Addis Ababa.
The Chief Executive Officer of Ethiopian Airlines, Mr. Girma Wake, commented on SAM stating that it is a landmark innovation that Ethiopian Airlines is honored to be part of. "We are indeed very proud to be serving SAM in cooperation with the Swift Group," Mr. Wake added.
