Etihad gets 20th aircraft

Etihad Airways has taken possession of its 20th aircraft, an Airbus A340-500. Etihad will operate the A340-500 on its new daily service between Abu Dhabi and New York which is launched on October 26. Etihad placed an $8bn order in 2004 for 29 new Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
