Bashar Arafeh appointed as Chief Commercial Officer at Fastlink

Fastlink, one of MTC group companies, announced that it has appointed Mr. Bashar Tayseer Arafeh as chief commercial officer in charge of supervising the company's three central departments of marketing, sales and customer care.
Since 2002, Mr. Arafeh has assumed different responsibilities and worked as marketing, international roaming and Data services director. Employing his expertise in IT, communications and business development, he sought to ensure that Fastlink's customers receive the best value for money packages. Providing best customer service, the packages are also based on the latest technology and are affordable for all segments of society.
He and his team are also helping Fastlink spread the mobile data services through expanding the company's business portfolio, diversifying services and generating new incremental revenue streams. Besides, Mr. Arafeh and his team work on expanding the ever growing network of international roaming partners and the package of services offered to customers traveling abroad or visiting Jordan.
Mr. Arafeh has a BSc. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Jordan and completed the Harvard Business school Executive Development Program in Boston, USA. He gained much of his experience working in Jordan and the Arab region through assuming different managerial positions in IT & Communication sector.
