Istithmar, AIG Global tie up

Istithmar has formed Dar Istithmar Lel Aqarat, a strategic joint venture with AIG Global Real Estate, with the aim of establishing a real estate fund focused on the Middle East, North Africa, India, Pakistan, Turkey as well as other emerging markets. The joint venture partners announced the appointment of Ferdinando Scalamandre as the Managing Director of DIA.
