Zabeel, $504m America hotel

Bawadi has confirmed that Zabeel Investments is to develop the America Hotels and Resorts as part of the $27bn hospitality and tourism project. The three star hotel will have 500 rooms as well as restaurants and a shopping boulevard modelled on New York's 5th Avenue. The project is expected to cost $503.8m.
