RAK tax haven

Ras Al Khaimah aims to become a tax haven by opening an offshore facility, the International Companies Register, Gulf News reports. Foreign investors will be able to register offshore companies in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone without establishing a physical presence. RAK expects to register 5,000 companies within three years.
