Sabre's dedicated Jeddah team has been working closely with MTTS specialists to determine the agency's operational requirements and how to best proceed with the migration of their systems to the Sabre system. Sabre's training specialists will provide specific training to facilitate the agency's operational skill set, as well as technical support to allow the agency's travel consultants to make full use of the Sabre tools once the migration has been completed. The training will take place at both the Jeddah training centre and the agency's location.
"Our new offices in Jeddah have given us a local presence that is proving to be invaluable in our efforts to build strong relationships with the agencies in the Kingdom. Our customer service, intuitive products and expanding regional partnerships help to push us ahead of the competition and make us the region's one stop shop for travel solutions." said Daniel Naoumovitch, Sabre Travel Network Middle East's chief executive officer.
"Sabre is well positioned to provide our network with the enhanced access demanded by our extensive range of customers. With Sabre we will be able to improve our delivery of new products, features and services to our customers, as well as adapt new technologies quickly and efficiently. These features will help drive operational efficiency, enhance customer service, reduce costs and increase revenues"
said Nadir Ali Kazalbash, Mosaid Travel and Tourism's general manager.
'Our partnership with Mosaid Travel and Tourism is based on our common desire for long term growth. Our parent company, Sabre Holdings, will continue to use its strong ownership in every channel of travel marketing, sales and distribution, to negotiate with suppliers for the best rates and bookable content for our travel agency customers. This strength will ensure that we remain the most efficient global marketplace for the buying and selling of travel', Naoumovitch added.
