The UAE's hotels are adopting diverse strategies to maximise revenue during Ramadan, reported Gulf News. Some establishments are keeping their prices low and extending their summer season rates in a bid to woo visitors from outside the region, while others are hiking their tariffs in anticipation of a strong international demand. Ramadan brings high revenue to hotel food outlets as customers take advantage of special evening Iftar menus.
