Qatar leases six aircraft

Qatar Airways is to lease six narrow bodied Airbus aircraft from CIT Aerospace, reported The Peninsula. The order comprises one A320 and five A321s, which will be delivered next year and in 2008. Qatar's CEO Akbar Al Baker said that, with the airline's growth rate, the company had to look at alternative ways of obtaining aircraft.
