Invita launches Middle East's first On-Demand Multi-Tenancy Contact Center Platform

Bahrain-based Invita has launched the first On-Demand Multi-Channel Contact Center in Middle East.

Invita, along with its partners; Cosmocom and Intertec Systems, has announced the implementation of the state-of-the-art technology center offering cost-effective customer relationship and contact center services.

At a signing ceremony held at Invita's headquarters in Manama, representatives from the three companies sealed the transaction as they were joined by Invita's Board of Directors, management and members of the local and regional press.

The new service will enable Invita to offer contact center services based on an ASP(Application Service Provider) model, which allows businesses to have remote access to Contact Center applications serving their customers over the Internet. This will significantly enhance Invita clients' customer outreach, while ensuring that businesses can provide sophisticated services at a low cost.
